You'll usually want to add this attribute when echoing a value into
an HTML document so that < characters will be inserted as
Value (and many other RPM tags) allow the shortcut
of omitting the "attr=" part of the first required attribute
("var=" in this case.) With Value, you can even omit the
tag name. Use this only if you're very lazy, because if you
use shortcuts like this, you can't verify the document against
the DTD (because the shortcuts are not legal for standard SGML.)
The Value tag must appear in the Body section.
Here's an illustration of the shortcuts mentioned above. The following
three lines are equivalent:
