14.7.10 '@geq' (>=) and '@leq' (<=): Inserting Relations

Use the '@geq{}' and '@leq{}' commands to generate greater-than-or-equal
and less-than-equal-signs, '>=' and '<='.  When those symbols are not
available, the ASCII sequences '>=' and '<=' are output.
